1. What is ERA Originals? – ERA Originals is a personal project of Eugenio “Eugene” Rojas that searches to inspire and re enchant people with our natural world.  This project is based in Australia. We create and deliver high-quality, personalized items directly to customers worldwide. We’ve excluded some countries due to their political situation.

2.  How does the print-on-demand work? – The Print-on-demand process is simple. You choose a product from our catalog, and we then manufacture and ship the product directly to you. The special deal about this is that we are not producing bulk, and in this way, there is less pollution being produced. One product at a time.

3.  Where do you ship to? – We proudly ship our products worldwide, excluding some countries due to their current political situation.

4. What types of products do you offer? – Our catalog includes a diverse range of products such as apparel, accessories, home decor, and more. Visit our Shop page to explore the full selection. Make sure you check our product descriptions!

5.  Can I customize the products with my own designs? – If you have any requests for any particular designs you would like please send me an email to info@eraoriginals.com. You can also check some of my photography on my Instagram @era.ph or my Flickr/era_ph. My work particularly focuses on my original photography and any statements you like.

6.  What printing methods do you use? – We utilize DTG (Direct to Garment) printing as well as embroidery to ensure the highest quality and durability.

7. How long does it take to receive my order? – The processing time varies based on the product and customization. On average, it takes 4 to 5 business days after Shipping. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Countries like the US and Canada may have faster delivery times than other countries like the UK, New Zealand, Australia or South America. These can take up to 3 Weeks. We ask you to be patient with us, since we’ve just started this project <3

8. Do you offer expedited shipping? – Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery. You can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. These can be quite expensive though.

Just remember that our whole site offers free shipping for all of our products, this will take a little longer, but its definitely worth it!

9. What is your return policy? – You can find our Return Policy at the bottom of our About Us page or can visit it by clicking here.

10. How can I track my order? – Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and a link to the carrier. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier’s website. 

11.  Do you offer wholesale or bulk order discounts? – No, we don’t offer wholesale and bulk order discounts. Please contact our customer support at info@eraoriginals.com for more information and to discuss your specific needs.

12.  How can I contact customer support? – For any inquiries or assistance, you can reach our customer support team through info@eraoriginals.com or through our contact form in our Contact Us page.

13.  Do you support multiple currencies? – Yes, our website supports multiple currencies for your convenience. The prices displayed can be adjusted based on your preferred currency. Please note that the final transaction may be in Australian Dollars (AUD), and your bank may apply a currency conversion fee. We do not take responsibility for these charges.

14. What materials are used in your products? – We are committed to using high-quality materials for our products. The specific materials vary by product and are detailed on the product pages. We try to stick to Eco Friendly options, tho we also offer other materials that are not environmentaly amicable. We encourage you to make your decisions based on your needs. If you have specific material concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer support for more information.

15. Are your products PETA-approved vegan? – Yes, we are proud to offer a range of PETA-approved vegan products. Our commitment to ethical and cruelty-free manufacturing ensures that no animal products or by-products are used in the production of these items. All of our T-Shirts are PETA-approved Vegan.

16. Does your company make charitable donations? – Yes, we are dedicated to giving back. We want to actively participate in charitable initiatives and make donations to various causes. 17.  Can I suggest a charity for your company to support? – Absolutely! We welcome suggestions for charities and causes to support. Please send your suggestions through our Contact page and our team will review them for consideration.

18.  Are your packaging materials eco-friendly? – Sadly our products come packaged in plastic bags to make sure they reach our customers in the most pristine of states. Since we work with 3rd parties, at the moment the only Eco-Friendly side of our packaging is the cardboard box they come in. As our project grows, we will look into moving into more sustainable options.

19. Do you offer gift cards? – Not at the moment. If you have any requests about these, please feel free to contact us.

20. How can I stay updated on new product releases and promotions? – To stay informed about new products, promotions, and company updates, subscribe to our newsletter. You can find the option to subscribe on our website, and we’ll make sure you’re the first to know about exciting news. (Under development!)

22.  How should I care for my products? – Taking care of your personalized items is essential for their longevity. We recommend checking the care instructions provided on each product page. For all of our Direct to Garment (DTG) prints we recommend: Machine wash COLD, gentle cycle, and avoid using bleach or fabric softeners for apparel, this will ensure that the print has a long-lasting life. We do not respond to prints that start coming off after being washed with hot water, or strong detergents amongst others. For other products, refer to specific care guidelines to ensure they stay in optimal condition. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact our customer support for personalized care advice.
